1. Introduction
Welcome to bpexch liv. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and bpexch liv ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the website at bpexchliv.net and any associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on bpexch liv, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or use the bpexch liv platform. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published elsewhere on the site, which are incorporated by reference.
Important: These Terms were last updated on 1 June 2025. We recommend reviewing them periodically. Continued use of bpexch liv after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
bpexch liv is designed for, and primarily serves, players based in Pakistan. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are in PKR unless otherwise stated.
Section 2
2. Eligibility
To register and use bpexch liv, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bpexch liv does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
- You must be registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
- You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through bpexch liv or any equivalent gambling self-exclusion scheme.
- You must not already hold an existing account on bpexch liv. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bpexch liv or any of its affiliated companies.
- The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.
bpexch liv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration
Registration on bpexch liv requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. bpexch liv will not ask for your password through any channel other than the login screen on the official website.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
- You must notify bpexch liv support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach and we have acknowledged that notification in writing.
- Account balances are non-transferable between players under any circumstances.
- bpexch liv may, at its discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and transfer any balance to the verified primary account after deducting any bonuses that were conditionally awarded.
One Account Policy: Operating more than one account on bpexch liv — whether in your own name, under a different name, or in combination with another person — is a breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

4. Deposits
Funds deposited to your bpexch liv account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit on bpexch liv is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank IBFT and card deposits carry a minimum of Rs 1,000.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the deposit being returned (where possible) and the account being reviewed.
- Deposits that cannot be matched to your registered payment method may be reversed pending verification, and any winnings generated from unverified funds may be withheld until the verification is complete.
- bpexch liv does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control.
- Deposited funds do not accrue interest.

5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from bpexch liv are processed in PKR to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the corresponding deposit. If this is not technically possible, bpexch liv will use an alternative method in agreement with the player.
- Standard account holders may withdraw up to Rs 100,000 per week. VIP Member tier holders may withdraw up to Rs 300,000 per week. Premium tier holders up to Rs 1,000,000 per week. Elite tier holders have no weekly withdrawal cap.
- Before processing your first withdrawal, bpexch liv may require identity verification documents including a copy of your Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) and proof of the payment method used.
- bpexch liv aims to process all Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals on the same business day. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically clear within one to two business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days.
- Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable until the requirement is fulfilled.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where the deposit source verification is incomplete. This is to protect against fraud and money laundering.
Note: bpexch liv reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, bpexch liv offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and enhanced odds to players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. bpexch liv reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
- Unless explicitly stated as "no-wagering", all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per mobile number, and per payment method applies.
- Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — is a breach of these Terms. bpexch liv may withhold bonus funds and winnings and close the account in such cases.
- The bpexch liv VIP Club cashback operates on a no-wagering-requirement basis — cashback credits are issued as withdrawable balance. Full VIP Club terms are available on the VIP Club page.
- bpexch liv reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be disadvantaged by amendments where the promotion has already begun.
Section 7
7. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bpexch liv, including cricket, virtual sports, and all other markets:
- All bets are accepted subject to market availability. bpexch liv reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
- Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmed bets are final.
- In the event of a void market — for example, a match that is abandoned before a result can be determined — bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that sport on bpexch liv.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-market basis and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. These limits may vary by player account based on betting history and verification status.
- Bets placed using the incorrect selection due to a technical error on the player's side are not the responsibility of bpexch liv. Always verify your bet slip before confirming.
- In-play bets are subject to the live market rules at the time of acceptance. Delays in transmission do not create an obligation on bpexch liv to accept bets at stale prices.
- In cases of obvious pricing errors, bpexch liv reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. Players will be notified of any such voiding.
Cricket Betting: For PSL and international cricket markets on bpexch liv, specific settlement rules apply to rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis situations, and abandoned games. These are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules published on the relevant market pages.
Section 8
8. Casino and Live Games
The following rules apply to casino and live dealer games on bpexch liv, including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Poker, Aviator, and all other casino products:
- All RNG (random number generator) games on bpexch liv use certified algorithms that have been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are stated in the game information screens.
- Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or wheels dealt or spun by trained dealers on camera. The outcome is determined by the physical result — not by any software outcome. Live game decisions are final once the round is complete.
- Aviator and similar crash games use a provably fair multiplier algorithm. The round result cannot be influenced or predicted by either the player or bpexch liv once the round begins.
- In the event of a technical disruption to a live game mid-round, bpexch liv will endeavour to settle the round based on the available data. Where this is not possible, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- A player who disconnects from a live game during a round remains responsible for any bet that was confirmed before the disconnection. bpexch liv is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and may differ from the sportsbook limits.

9. VIP Club Terms
Participation in the bpexch liv VIP Club is automatic for all registered accounts and is subject to the following conditions:
- VIP points are earned on qualifying bets placed across eligible games as published on the VIP Club page. Not all bet types may qualify for points accumulation.
- VIP tier status is reviewed at seasonal reset points. bpexch liv reserves the right to adjust tier boundaries and reset intervals with reasonable advance notice to players.
- Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from the preceding Monday-to-Sunday period. Cashback is credited on Monday mornings and carries no wagering requirements on bpexch liv.
- VIP benefits — including enhanced withdrawal limits, exclusive tables, and dedicated account managers — are available only to accounts in good standing. Accounts under investigation, suspended, or in breach of these Terms are not eligible for VIP benefits during the investigation period.
- bpexch liv may modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club programme at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of any material change affecting benefits they are actively accruing.
Section 10
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch liv and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
- Opening or operating more than one account on bpexch liv.
- Using any form of software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the bpexch liv platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage or is not available to ordinary users.
- Exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability — whether intentionally or repeatedly after notification by bpexch liv.
- Collusion with other players in poker or any other game where collusion would constitute cheating.
- Placing bets on markets in which you have any privileged inside information about the outcome.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial transaction unrelated to genuine betting activity.
- Providing false identification, age, or contact information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool specifically to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Allowing or encouraging any person under the age of 18 to use your account or to access the bpexch liv platform.
Fraud prevention: bpexch liv uses automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in breach will be suspended immediately. Balances including real-money deposits may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach.
Section 11
11. Account Suspension and Closure
bpexch liv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable requested timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers as determined by bpexch liv.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- Self-exclusion requested by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools.
Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If an account is closed for breach of these Terms, bpexch liv reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
You may close your own bpexch liv account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed.
Section 12
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch liv limits its liability as follows:
- bpexch liv is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the platform.
- bpexch liv is not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or commentary provided on the platform.
- In the event of a system failure, technical error, or interruption to the platform that affects your betting or gaming activity, bpexch liv's liability is limited to refunding the stake(s) affected by the error.
- bpexch liv does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in periods of unavailability.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Betting involves financial risk. You acknowledge that the outcome of bets is uncertain and that you may lose all funds wagered. bpexch liv is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by any player.
Section 13
13. Responsible Gaming
bpexch liv is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to every player directly from the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on deposits to your bpexch liv account.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-off periods: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated on bpexch liv, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the duration and value of your current session.

15. Changes to These Terms
bpexch liv reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email or mobile number associated with their account and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the bpexch liv platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
